The owner manages daily operations and subsequent annual renewals. Hardware, internet service, cabling and on-site installation are separate services.
The same rates apply to first and additional locations. An AP is an access point providing wireless access at a location.

26+ APs? Request a written quote. Your share remains 40% of the agreed setup fee.
These are base fees, not a final tax-inclusive quote. Confirm current availability, taxes and any collection charges in writing before paying.
Your earnings are retained as an upfront setup discount, not paid out later. There is no partner share of annual fees, renewals, voucher sales or wallet funding.
Creating a business is free of slot charges. A paid slot is used when you create its location.
Confirm controller compatibility, AP count and the customer's scope before committing.
Create the profile, initialize at least one supported payment gateway and activate the business.
Select an AP band, review the quote and pay. A verified payment makes the slot available.
Create the location using its slot, start the licence, validate the setup and give the owner access.
A new location does not inherit another location's expiry. Buying a slot does not start the term; activating the location does. Owners pay subsequent annual renewals without another setup fee. There is no automatic recurring debit.
Proposed terms for discussion. Pricing and the setup-share model are approved; the final written agreement must confirm the remaining policies before enrollment.
Participation requires Vokoza approval. The proposed relationship is non-exclusive; partners operate independently and cannot bind Vokoza to promises, discounts or guarantees without written authority. No joining fee or minimum sales quota is established by this overview.
Partners must state service scope and charges accurately. Do not promise unsupported integrations, guaranteed earnings, payout dates or features that are not available.
Obtain customer authorization before configuring controllers, accounts or settlement details. Declare AP counts accurately, provide receipts for money collected and ensure the customer receives owner access.
Proposed standard setup covers one compatible controller integration, remote validation and owner handover. Hardware, connectivity, installation, additional controllers and custom development require separate agreement.
The accepted quote must state setup, annual fees, the partner discount, taxes and the final payable amount. Payment must be independently verified. If a payment is delayed or unclear, request a check before paying again.
Issued quotes and paid slots retain their recorded prices. No unused-slot forfeiture deadline has been agreed. Transfers between partners require review. Only owners renew annual licences through the portal; there is no partner renewal commission.
Owners can review renewal within 30 days of expiry and after expiry. Early renewal extends from expiry; late-renewal dates must be checked in the quote. Existing paid agreements remain intact. Capacity changes require review.
Partners coordinate onboarding and initial troubleshooting; Vokoza handles platform escalations through the agreed channel. Support hours and response targets must be confirmed in writing. This overview does not promise 24/7 support or an uptime guarantee.
Controller compatibility must be verified. Internet, power, controller and gateway outages can affect service. Balance checks depend on supported configuration. Automatic voucher generation and location-filtered financial reporting are not included as currently promised features.
Use authorized individual accounts, protect credentials and access only assigned customer information for legitimate service purposes. Do not share customer data or use it for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
The final agreement must define data-processing responsibilities, incident cooperation, retention and secure handover. See also our Privacy Policy.
Proposed policy: an unactivated slot with no setup work begun is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid to Vokoza. After work or service begins, assess documented delivery and unused service under the final agreement and applicable rights.
Refunds require manual review and an auditable adjustment to the entitlement. Partners must account for their retained margin and their own service charges when resolving customer refunds. Refund timelines and chargeback responsibility must be agreed before payment; a blanket non-refundable rule is not established here.
Proposed terms allow either party to end the relationship with 30 days' written notice. Fraud, unauthorized access or serious breach may justify restrictions, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Urgent security risks may require immediate action.
Ending a partner relationship must not automatically cancel paid customer licences or erase financial records. Arrange owner access, support handover and fair treatment of unused paid slots.
Raise concerns with the relevant quote or payment reference. The final agreement must identify the contracting entities, support commitments, tax treatment, refund rules, liability provisions and dispute process. Nigerian law is proposed, subject to legal review and rights that cannot be excluded.
This overview is not a signed agreement. Reading it does not enroll you or authorize a charge. Final terms and rollout availability must be confirmed before a purchase.
